Awesome Trip to Cebu

Every now and then, we get to relish perfect bonding occasion with siblings. That’s what our most recent spur-of-the-moment trip to the Queen City of the South was all about - it deserved a special time out of our busy work schedule. It’s not a sheer waste of time and resources ; it’s not even about the abundance of time we spent touring and shopping, instead it’s about quality time interacting with each other. Providentially, it became a channel to renew affiliation and reunite with long- lost relatives . Even if we only had a fleeting stay in Cebu, we made the limited time precious for everyone including those we seldom see and meet face to face. Many times, we have been guilty about not having enough bonding time with paternal relatives, though now we start taking steps to make up for it . We got to find the family fellowships rewarding- we got to love being together; we got to discover meaningful things we have in common; we began to love, share, care for each other and became more comfortable in our own skin. Furthermore,we have come to the realization that in order to make a difference in our extended family relationships there should be an authentic and sincere interaction with each other – it has the power to change the way we feel about our kinsfolk and ultimately, the family ties get richer and more fulfilling.
